Allison Kaufman

I recently worked with Allison when purchasing my townhome in April 2022. Allison is extremely good at her job — she’s very in tune with the market and sharp as a tack. She is also kind, thoughtful, very intuitive when it comes to her clients’ needs, and her communication skills are impeccable.

For example, in my home searching process, we looked at several places. For the places I didn’t end up buying, but had some interest in, she was almost exactly spot in for how much the home ultimately ended up selling for (I am nosy, so I checked the sales prices once they went up on Zillow).

Another example — she very gently steered me in the right direction towards what ended up being the absolute perfect home for my lifestyle and needs. She did this in such a tactful and savvy way, talking me through my decisionmaking process and offering guidance without substituting her opinions for my own. I felt like she really listened to me, but also gave me valuable feedback and datapoints with which to make my decision. When I was frustrated with the buying process, she was my sounding board; when she didn’t have a great feeling about a house, she let me know.

Allison is also a great resource for general life needs. She’s very tapped in to the Atlanta community and has given me lots of tips, from furniture recommendations to references for home cleaners/repair services. She’s just a really, really great realtor and person. My advice is: look no further, and give her a call today!

Allison is wonderful. Her attention to detail and responsiveness is outstanding. She advised us to list at a higher price than we thought the market would support, and she was right! We had a full price offer within 10 days. Allison scheduled the photographer and then showed up to stage our home with simple props and decor. After moving a few big pieces around, it made all the difference. I'm sure it helped attract prospective buyers. She's truly the best.
