Amy did a great job helping us sell my mothers estate. We had used her before in selling our own property and that one sold very quickly. We knew it may take awhile for the estate in Washburn to sell due to time of year and location. She helped us have reasonable expectations and we ended up selling the property as is, no inspection and were able to still see a profit. Amy does a great job! We would use her again!
