Renee was referred to us by our realtor in Denver, though we suspect he just looked up realtors in Bismarck. Renee ended up being excellent, and went above and beyond to help us get this property. There were some timeline changes and other issues that popped up, but she made all the changes very easy to manage. We made the trip up here to look at homes over a weekend and Renee was very accommodating. Communication was excellent through the entire process, which lasted a couple of months.
