Renee suggested ideas for my kids and I to arrange our living room basement to make it look better. She came over early one Saturday morning to take my for sale sign down because I was an emotional mess leaving for Mayo Clinic with my son. She sold my home is less than one day! After the sale, she offered that I could sign the papers early at my convenience and she would be at the closing. She told me about MDU, Capital Electric, homeowners insurance . . . etc and to contact them. She had it down to every detail. Great help since I had not moved in almost 12 years. Renee made it easy for me and she also helped me emotionally as I prepared to leave my home and start a new life in a new home.

Renee was wonderful. She even went beyond her job and helped me emotionally when I was at Mayo Clinic with my son. She is kind and compassionate in addition to an excellent realtor.
