I'm Amy Hullet, a Realtor specializing in helping individuals buy and sell properties in the Bismarck/Mandan and surrounding areas. I have been practicing real estate since 2005. As a seasoned real estate professional, I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me, and I strive every day to exceed their expectations. I love what I do, and finding my clients a home they love is very rewarding to me. In particular, I enjoy working with first-time homebuyers.

I have served as a director on the Bismarck-Mandan Board of Realtors since my election in 2009 and was the 2016 Bismarck-Mandan Board President. I have actively participated in board objectives by serving as the chairperson for the Professional Standards Committee, the Program Committee, the RE-ACT Committee, and I currently chair REALTOR® Ring Day, the United Way Day of Caring, and the Backpack Program through The United Way.

'Excellent' does not BEGIN to describe Amy! Amy made the whole process so easy, all her recommendations were spot-on.
I was nervous to make an offer on my condo, but Amy recommended offering the asking price with an extended closing date. The sellers had higher offers, however my offer was most appealing to them.
The fixes we requested were all taken care of without issue.
And her recommended home inspector was very thorough.
One of her first priorities was creating my 'check list' of amenities that any potential property must have, would like to have, and can sacrifice. The last two categories were not needed.

I truly believe that without Amy, I would not be in my new home. And my new home is such a blessing and a chance at a new life.
