After looking at about two houses I fell in love with a house that was already sold - I asked Andy to make it happen and find our forever home in that neighborhood. He didn’t disappoint. Andy was great. I have used many realtors and he definitely rates as one of the best. I would use him again if in Arizona and would highly recommend him to anyone I know. I live in California so he handled everything. He advertised every week in the paper. He did a lot of open houses. The reason I selected him was because my previous realtor kept wanting to reduce the price to sell my house. He never showed my house. I looked at the realtor sheet in the 8 months my previous realtor was in contract and Andy was the one realtor that consistently brought people to show my house. His photos were done professionally. He wrote a great ad on Zillow. Andy kept the price what I wanted to have it at. He handled getting the septic certified. Everything I needed. He is awesome.
