Angela was referred to me by some friends and although we are skeptical of Realtors, she turned out to be a great choice. She is extremely professional and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond in our expectations, from providing home-staging to the very thorough reports on the market she routinely provided. I was extremely impressed with Angela’s prompt communication throughout the home buying process. I am a first time home buyer and was unsure of the whole process. The first time Angela and I met she took me through the entire home buying process step-by-step and gave me an organized binder detailing every aspect of buying a home.

As my closing date drew near, I began to experience major communication issues with my lender and became very frustrated. When I needed to move out of my house into something smaller, Angela helped me negotiate an offer on a bank-owned property that had been on the market a long time. We beat out a dozen other bidders and closed in short order. I had my original house to sell, but told Angela I was going to try and sell it myself. The house needed a lot of fix-up and I had a hard time finding suitable buyers. After a few months, I asked Angela if she could help me out. She soon brokered a deal between me and an investor she’d worked with previously – so in my book she’s two for two.

As being a first-time home buyer, Angela went out of her way to educate me on the home buying process. Additionally, she took detailed notes of features/areas I was interested in. With this, she was the person who located my first house. She called me the night it was listed even though she knew I was out of town, as she knew I would love it. The night I got back into town, we went to view the house and an offer was made. Without her diligence, I know I would not be the owner of my house.
