I was extremely impressed with Angela’s prompt communication throughout the home buying process. I am a first time home buyer and was unsure of the whole process. The first time Angela and I met she took me through the entire home buying process step-by-step and gave me an organized binder detailing every aspect of buying a home.

As my closing date drew near, I began to experience major communication issues with my lender and became very frustrated. I live in Durango and had an estate property (a condo unit) in Denver I wanted to sell. My son-in-law recommended Angela to me. At the time I listed the condo with Angela I had a renter who furnished the unit with very little, a folding lawn chair, a cot, the minimum basics. This made it even more challenging to sell. Angela had a home stager bring in some pictures for the walls, a table and chairs in the dining area and she was successful in getting showings.

The unit became vacant and with Angela’s expertise she suggested I do a few minor upgrades. She arranged and coordinated with contractors to paint, replace the carpet and vinyl flooring, and replace a light fixture. Angela went well above and beyond my expectations in getting all this done especially since I live out of town and didn’t know who to use to do these upgrades. She is very trustworthy. Immediately after these upgrades the unit sold.
