Lakewood had 181 new listings and 188 listings that went under contract in October, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 442—down 6.36% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in November.
Of those 442 active listings, 48.64% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Lakewood grew 4.36% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $600,000. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to grow.
