April Noessel

I am a third generation real estate investor. I handled all of the back office needs for my parents' 54 unit rental business at the age of 16. I made my first real estate purchase at the age of 20, bought my first investment property at 24 and began real estate development at 30. After completing several fix and flip projects, I obtained my Real Estate Salesperson License for my future investments. I fell in love with the sales side of real estate and began to develop a passion for problem solving listings and helping sellers achieve their real estate goals through advanced marketing strategies. I opened my Meadow Vista Branch in 2020, and started my mentorship program in 2021 before ultimately opening my brokerage in 2022. We now operate in the top 10% of all brokers in Placer and Nevada county in terms of both units sold and sales volume. I am a member of the Masters’ Club and received a nomination for a feature article in the Top Agent Magazine.
