Kara Pierce

Kara was nationally recognized in 2017 as REALTOR® Magazine's "30 under 30" by the National Association of Realtors. In the 5 years of being a real estate professional, Kara has been featured in several podcasts, books, and magazines--including on the cover of the national Realtor magazine and the international KW OutFront magazine, spoken on panels, and decorated with awards. In 2018, she finished her 4th year in real estate as #1 in most closed units, volume, and listings taken as a single agent in her brokerage for the second year. In 2019 she was awarded as one of the Top 100 agents in the country.

Kara came to the U.S. in 1993 when her father, a Colonel in the Korean Army, was stationed in New Cumberland as a weapons liaison. Kara went from knowing two English words ("thank you") to graduating from Cumberland Valley High School as the concertmaster of the orchestra, captain of the Varsity Tennis Team, and 3rd in her class. Kara accepted a full ride scholarship to Juniata College, where she double-majored in Pre-Medicine and Theatre, played #1 doubles & #3 singles for the women's tennis team, toured internationally with the College Concert Choir, and was awarded the Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society Circle Leader of the Year. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2009 and was awarded the Ruth S. Wolfe Memorial Scholarship for students with excellent academic records, high level of professionalism and promise for future success to study medicine at Penn State University College of Medicine in Hershey.

Kara has two sons and is married to a radiologist at Hershey Medical Center. As a musician, writer, and fluent in three languages, quality and excellence is the name of Kara's game. She believes in experiencing life to the fullest and placing blue ribbons on every endeavor. Kara strives to bring the highest professional standard in real estate to her clients and colleagues.
