Looking to sell your property, buy a new home, or just need some expert real estate advice?
Striving to provide quality service by treating people the way I want to be treated. That means listening, honesty, integrity, no pressure & paying attention to details. I am proud of my strong business & family values. My goal is to help you to meet or exceed your real estate expectations.
Born and raised in Cedar Falls, Iowa with Midwestern values "your word is as good as your handshake" is how I do business. I married my high school sweetheart, Bryce; his job in the construction industry moved our family over 20 times! This experience eventually turned into a career in real estate when I was licensed in 1986. In 1992 our family moved to beautiful Loveland, CO. We enjoy the front range & the communities that make up this special area. I love spending time with my family, our daughter, son-in-law & grand kids. My passion is helping others find their special place to call home.
As an agent who's an expert in this local area, I bring a wealth of knowledge & expertise about buying and selling real estate. It's not the same everywhere, so you need someone you can trust for up-to-date information. Please reach out to me for your real estate needs...it would be an honor to serve you.

This was our second time buying a house with Barbara Giesey. We chose her again because our experience with her the first time was great. This time we also worked with Jeff Lewis as well. Barbara and Jeff were a great team. They listened carefully to the criteria we established for our second home and ensured the houses we looked at met the criteria. They communicated well through-out the entire process. It was truly a joy to work with both of them. Highly recommend.

It was so wonderful working with Barbara and Jeff and they made the process of buying our first home as smooth as possible! They helped us each step of the way and were available at any time to answer all our questions. They helped us to communicate with all the different parties involved and simplified things for us greatly. Their expertise and references were invaluable to us and we are so thankful to have been connected with them. We felt supported and heard throughout the entire home-buying process. They truly go above and beyond for their clients!
