Barbara Laib is just amazing. I will be recommending her to everyone I know. She doesn't look for the sale, she helps you find an actual home.

Working with Barb Laib was a wonderful experience. She was attentive, professional, detailed, always got back to us in a timely manner. She made us feel like we were her most important clients. I suspect she treats all of her clients the same. There is no better agent than Barb working in the Fox Valley area. She is fantastic!

We have worked with Barb, selling 2 homes and purchasing 1, in the last 4 years. We knew she was the one we wanted on this house hunt. We loved that Barb was always on top of things and could rely on her time-line.

Barbara was always kind and responsive to our needs. We had a huge range of where we were looking and she always made it easy to sort through the houses and helped us see the ones we were interested in. She had a great attitude during the whole process and made it fun to buy a house instead of overwhelming and stressful. It was almost exciting when we didn’t find what we were looking for because it meant getting to hang out with her and see other houses. She was such a wonderful spirit and always just such a pleasure to be around. Our closing was tricky but she helped navigate it and kept us on track for what we needed to do. We got a house and a new friend out of the deal.

3. An outstanding resource about areas in Wisconsin.

Barbara has the most comprehensive marketing plan we have ever seen in real estate, and it shows in the quick results. This is the second property we've sold with her. We loved her positive energy, and how she handled every detail, and kept us updated through the entire process.

Barb was available at any time, which was great because courtney and I work a lot and our schedules are all over the place. She always had our best interest in mind when looking at other properties. Barb is very good with communicating, she spent hours on the phone with me never once did I feel that I was bother her or out of place with any question I had.

Barb knows this market like the back of her hand and has all of the necessary contacts to make the entire buying/selling process as painless as one could reasonably expect. She took the time to explain the different steps to me and make this go as smoothly as it possibly could have. There will always be bumps in the road when it comes to buying or selling a home, but the true testament of what makes a great realtor is how those issues are handled, and Barb did an amazing job of keeping us informed and rolling towards our end goal of selling our home at the optimal market value and finding our forever home.
