I had a different realtor who did nothing for us. Barb took the ball and ran for a touchdown. She made calls, followed up on leads, helped us with our needs, and really worked to sell our unique home.

We didn’t want open houses or showings unless the people could actually afford the house. Barb changed her process to include a pre-approval letter before a showing.

We had to move before the closing, and Barb helped organize our documents with the title company. She also cleaned my house prior to closing. Thank you!

The agent, Barbara Laib, had worked tirelessly with me for 16 months while I still resided in another state where I was trying to sell my home there. The minute I arrived in Wisconsin, I contacted her. She immediately began showing me properties available at that time. After a week and a half, I had almost given up on finding the perfect house, and then my children found this gem of a house and I asked to see it. She arranged an appointment. I was sold. It is the perfect house for me. We had to rush to get the bid in before the final hour, but we made it. I was so pleased when she called me a couple hours later and told me that the house was mine. Barb goes out of her way to get just what you need. She's very good at her job. And I feel that, working with her for 16 months, she's more than my agent, she's my friend. Barb was Excellent to work with. Our property sold first day on Market. She Understood our needs. She handed All sales, contracts on property, in a timely manner.

We Highly recommend her. Very Knowledgeable. Always had Our best interests, in the plan of selling our home.

When meeting with her, she had all her facts. Presented herself well. Understood our expectations and needs.
