We always looked to Barb Laib for advice and she was exceptional at offering advice. She knew the market well, would provide us with the comparables, knew how HUD worked, and helped us get a good price for our investment property.

She was very patient with us going through very run down properties because we were looking for houses to refurbish. She was always friendly and motivated, even when showing houses most people wouldn't step foot in.

Barb also went above and beyond to find a realtor in another state in order to purchase a property for our daughter. She found a perfect realtor match for us and we couldn't have been more thrilled.

Barb made the homebuying process super easy and totally stress free! We have worked with Barb in the past so it was no question when it was time to enlist the help of an agent again to help us find our dream. From building a perspective home cart to show us our options to lining up the showings and negotiating our offer on the home he finally chose, this was by far the easiest transaction we could've imagined! It's definitely a sellers market and we were able to get our dream home under budget with the sellers concession towards our closing costs and almost all of the things that needed fixing got fixed! Now I'd say that's how you negotiate a deal! Barb is a total professional, well respected in The local market by her peers and knows how to get it done! Barb Laib went above and beyond for us,twice. We moved here from Connecticut after buying a house with Barb being our realtor. She did great helping us in a very short time line as we were only in town for a little over a week. We love our home! My sister-one-law needed to sell her home and we told her how Barb did such a great job for us and she immediately agreed to have Barb sell her house. Barb is an absolute professional and I will recommend her to anyone I know that is looking for a realtor.

Barb is hardworking, trustworthy and has your best interest in all the decisions that are made. She follows up with prospective buyers and markets your home as much as possible. She is never too busy to answer any question no matter how small. She also helped me through a problem with a lender and was able to keep the purchase on track.
