When I first considered Century 21 I was looking for a broker to rent my duplex. After researching various agencies, I saw that Barbara had dealt with other rentals in the Hanover Township area. After a phone interview, I realized she was a good match. When it came time to sell, I knew I wanted to have Barbara list my property. She had worked so hard and done such a good job on my rental, she was the logical choice.

Barb worked with us for over 6 months as we searched for a new home. She traveled with us across several counties and always displayed an astonishing knowledge of the area. She encouraged us to be open minded and always remained so herself as we looked at everything from extreme fixer uppers to move in ready homes. Barb helped us navigate through some difficult offers and disappointments as we went through the process of selling our own home at the same time. Barb was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the sale of our house. The closing of our house happened during the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to the current environment and the COVID-19 virus we got delayed in our closing. We had to move to Kentucky before we could close.
