Barbara Mark Makes you feel like her only client. You feel she is as invested in this process as you are. As a first time home buyer, the process is full of mystery and anxiety and uncertainty, but with Barb as a guide throughout, it became a clear progression of steps and we never felt alone.

Throughout every step of the home buying process, Barbara was a constant source of reassurance and knowledge. Every question, she was able to to explain what we didn’t understand. No question was too silly. During our first viewing of the house, her experience was evident, as she pointed out things we should take note of, have an inspector check, etc. Both negotiations and closing had a lot of tension, and could have easily fell through if not for Barbara’s firm representation. Barb also knew a lot about the local area and was able to recommend various individuals and services to help us before and after closing.

Above all, Barbara provides peace of mind and confidence throughout the home buying process. I’m convinced she’s the best there is.

Barbara Mark is kind, patient, empathetic, and a warrior when necessary. She is an absolute master of her art. I have purchased and am as of today living in a home that is perfect for me because of her.

Barbara Mark came highly recommended from a friend who has bought and sold multiple houses. He described her as knowing the market well and very adept at getting properties sold. In interacting with Barbara, I found this to be very true. Her expertise made selling the property as efficient and painless as possible - starting with a realistic selling price (sold within 2% of the list price) to taking care of items I was unable to tend to living 350 miles away. She always listened and respected our desires and constraints. Couldn't ask for more.

Communications with Barbara were always prompt and efficient yet with an 'easy' tone to them.

Truthfully, our selection of the broker was because of the Agent, Barbara. If she were with another broker, we would follow Barbara to that broker.

We had ‘interviewed’ many agents prior to working with Barbara. Her industry knowledge, her professionalism and her follow through are unmatched. She is blunt and honest as well as flexible and accommodating. We couldn’t have been more pleased with an agent.

Barbara Mark was recommended to me after I'd had a terrible experience with another brokerage firm in our area. Barbara was easy to contact, prompt to respond & extremely knowledgeable. She had had a detailed analysis of our property and surrounding similar homes back to me in less than 5 days!!!!! She constantly remained in contact with me and made suggestions about the home while letting me make all the final decisions. I would highly recommend her to anyone trying to sell their home.

Barbara was with me every step of the way, explaining everything and handling all details very professionally. She quickly dealt with all issues and concerns as they occurred. She is friendly and easy to talk with but also remains professional at all times. Barbara really made the difference for me. Her quick response to every concern and her attention to detail made the process so much easier than it would have been.

Met Barbara Mark at an open house one weekend. She was informative, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She found us the perfect house never getting discouraged showing us so many places. She treats you like you are a family member not a customer. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy and satisfied right to the end. We love Barbara.
