Bernie has sold real estate since 2004, specializing in primary and secondary homes and investment properties, as well as commercial properties in Atlantic County, New Jersey. He has sold widely on Absecon Island (Atlantic City, Ventnor, Longport and Margate), Brigantine, as well as mainland areas of Linwood, Northfield, Somers Point, Mays Landing, Galloway and Egg Harbor Townships.

Bernie recently received the Accredited Buyers Representative and Senior Real Estate Specialist designations. In 2012, he became a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence and was named again in 2016, 2017, and 2018.

He is a recently named "Zillow Master of Client Happiness" with the completion of his 50th review. He is a Zillow premier Agent and received Best of Zillow Awards for 2019, 2020, and 2021.

He is an immediate past president of the Atlantic County Board of Realtors and was named the 2018 Atlantic County Realtor of the Year.
