Bianca was amazing. When we first decided that we wanted to buy a new home she sat down with us and explained the whole process, what to expect when selling our home to deciding exactly what we were looking for in our new home. She even set us up with a mortgage Lender. When we finally decided on location, square footage and amenities she would communicate with us different home options and brought us see different homes.
Once we choose the right home for us she walked us through contracts, setting up an appraisal and inspections of both the home we were selling to the home we were buying. Bianca kept us well informed through out the whole process. Thanks Bianca, We appreciate you ??. To anyone looking to buy or sell a home choose Bianca she was patient, kind, knowledgeable, available and dedicated.
