We've had several different realtors over the years, but Mr. Martin is our favorite. He is extremely qualified and can make suggestions without being pushy. He was our realtor for our last two transactions and the last sale/purchase was the most difficult. But his knowledge and his wonderful personality made everything go smoothly (even though there were a few bumps along the way). He is a wonderful man as well as a wonderful realtor. We would never consider using anyone else.

As a first time home buyer and a single mom of three, Mr. Martin made the home hunting process easy. As hard as it was to find something I liked in my price range he never gave up. He cared about the condition of the homes I looked at and was very knowledgeable about the whole process. When I found the perfect home for me he did all the communicating with my lender, lawyer, and anyone else that was involved in the process. I would definitely recommend him to EVERYONE!!
