Kelin did an outstanding job making our visit to Lakes Keowee and Hartwell as productive as possible. By comparing her list of properties to our list we were able to confirm we were on the same page about which listings would be the most interesting. Plus she added great local insights with regard to bridges, water considerations, and potential expenses that we could not have known about. After two very busy days she provided a summary of her notes from the showings as well as recommendations for next steps which were very helpful in focusing our search. Kelin helped us navigate the process of buying a house on the lake and her expertise was fabulous! She was very honest with us and not pushy AT ALL. When we asked questions she sent us very detailed responses to help us make a decision that was best for our family and our desires. She listened to what we wanted and didn’t waste our time taking us to houses that didn’t fit our criteria. She knows the area really well and is very connected to resources in the area. We truly felt like Kelin had our best interests in mind and did not want to see us in a house we would later regret. We were thankful that we found Kelin!

Kelin is amazing! She helped me downsize from my lake house, which was no small task! Kelin was incredibly helpful through the entire process and gave me great advice and flexibility. She responded quickly to my many, many texts and calls and got me in for showings the same or next day. Kelin helped negotiate on both properties and was very professional. Kelin is the epitome of the perfect real estate agent !!! From selling our lake home to buying our new home, she made everything go smoothly. She was extremely professional and also very personal. She took the time to really get to know us and know what properties would be best suited to our needs. She was/is readily available for any questions, even more than a year after the closing of our home. Her positivity, professionalism, and personality was greatly appreciated.
