We moved to Canada over a decade ago and had no clue how different the real estate market was. Having had a bad experience with another realtor we finally found these girls at an open house and there’s no looking back. They put in so much time and effort to finding our perfect home and negotiating with sellers. Subsequently they have helped my parents buy their first place in Canada. They had a limited budget. Bonnie and Shauna were very understanding, conducted hours of research and set aside a huge amount of time to show them properties in all of the surrounding towns. These girls know their stuff and will take their time to explain everything to you. We are lucky to have found them!
