What we really liked about Brooke was that she was not pushy or high pressure. We had another realtor before Brooke and he was very pushy, calling and texting us even after we told him we had found someone else. Brooke patiently showed us houses that we would never buy so that we could narrow down what would work for us. She was frank and came accross as genuine. Our kids are looking for a condo on the lake and they have told other realors that they are working with Brooke because they know how we were treated. We can't thank her enough.

Brooke was abolutely wonderful to work with. Not only did she navigate some rigorous back roads when showing us land, she went several extra miles in taking care of us during our house purchase. We will definitely ask Brooke to be our agent again when we continue the search for our dream property and then eventually when we sell our home after a future build. My husband and I have visited the Coeur d’Alene / Sandpoint area many times thru the years and loved the area. When he decided to take early retirement to avoid getting the jab, we chose North Idaho for various reasons.
