Karen is a straight shootin kinda gal... She has worked with us on a couple different parcels. Not once were we left out of the loop. If there was something we didn’t understand she walked us through the paperwork in laymen’s terms to make it understandable.

We met Karen through a business associate—And it was completely meant to be... She took the time to listen to my husband and my wish-list and was most patient in showing us properties in the area. Everything from condos to vacant land due to our indecisiveness. She was most informative of Idaho living..even hunting and fishing regulations… LOL!! We absolutely recommend Karen.
