Sydney was the listing agent of the property we were interested in viewing. We had to travel over 11 hours to get to Sandpoint and another offer had come in. Our request was to please let the sellers know that there would likely be an offer coming in, and hoped they would wait for 3 days until we could get there. She relayed that information, and the sellers waited for us. It's sometimes a very hard task to be the listing and selling agent,
but Sydney has a skill set that many don't possess and her dual roll in negotiations ended up with the successful contract. Additionally, she helped us by making calls and directed us to proper agencies and professionals to have our questions answered regarding rules and regulations for building a home in the area. Excellent, excellent. Sydney is a jewel!
