As a first time home buyer, Munro was the best to work with! Upon initially contacting him, he was extremely knowledgeable and explained the entire home buying process to ensure that I understood everything. Munro was very patient with me as I did go back and forth between some homes at the beginning, but he never stopped working to help me find exactly what I was looking for! With the covid situation going on, I actually could not view houses in person, but Munro took the time to go to each unit, shoot a video-tour, and upload it for me almost immediately. He would also respond to any text or email I sent in record time, and always kept me updated on a daily basis. We purchased our vacation home in Oahu. Munro was the best! We were at first apprehensive about purchasing a home all the way from Texas but Munro made the process a breeze. He always provided information right away and was available for video chats to go over the homes. Munro and his team were amazing to work with from the listing to close. He kept us updated and informed regularly with other comparable sales and how each showing went. He went above and beyond all the way through. He made it incredibly easy for us, even considering we do not live on the island.
