He predicted every step of this process before it unfolded. He priced my house at a number that worked for me and it sold at 100% of list value in 72 hours. He was on top of all communications and even gave the buyers agent a nudge when they were slacking to make sure deadlines were not missed. I had to move out of state before my home closed and Bryan kept an eye on the property and kept me in the loop of everything that was happening. I would absolutely recommend him and work with him again.

Bryan is just an amazing person. I like that when we walk into a house, Bryan makes sure that you understand exactly what you're looking at and he's very knowledgeable when it comes to making offers and selling your home. We bought our house with Bryan 2 years and ago and had an amazing experience with him. We definitely will be using Bryan as our realtor for the rest of our lives. I've never felt as if Bryan was a salesman as much as he is just an honest guy. He never pushes you to do something you're uncomfortable with which is something I really appreciate.
