Bryan is just an amazing person. I like that when we walk into a house, Bryan makes sure that you understand exactly what you're looking at and he's very knowledgeable when it comes to making offers and selling your home. We bought our house with Bryan 2 years and ago and had an amazing experience with him. We definitely will be using Bryan as our realtor for the rest of our lives. I've never felt as if Bryan was a salesman as much as he is just an honest guy. He never pushes you to do something you're uncomfortable with which is something I really appreciate.

I came to Zillow 4 months ago looking for the best listing agent in Kansas City. We starting looking at homes late 2015 to get a feel for what was out there and what to expect price-wise and to also get an idea of what we wanted, or rather what we didn't want. We weren't all that serious about getting a home just yet and made that very clear to Bryan and he was very understanding about and and never once made us feel pressured or "harrassed". He simply told us that if we had any questions or just wanted to go view a few places to give him a call.

We finally made the decision to look for our first home in Kansas, or the USA for that matter (we're foreigners) mid-January 2016 and immediately contacted Bryan. We were extremely picking and had a list of must-haves and absolute no-nos. Bryan was great and really brilliant at helping us narrow down our list of places to see. He was very patient with every viewing and let us voice our thoughts and opinions on each home. He expressed his opinion in a well-thought out manner giving his advice and showing his expertise on the property in question, the area in which it was situated, his thoughts on possible amendments, and was completely honest (but very tactful and mindful of our wants and needs) in letting know if he thought the home was over-priced, poorly "finished", or a great deal. He gave my husband and I the time to bounce around a few ideas and think out loud and gave very useful information when necessary.

After about 13 views, most of which were early evening or on weekends, we found our forever home.

The entire process, from meeting him through to receiving the keys to our new home was smooth sailing. Bryan had thought of every possible thing and made every step of the way an absolute pleasure. The team of people he recommended we work with were all well-rated on independent reviews and made things that much easy to get through.

Bryan has even offered to stay in touch and help with anything we may need assistance with regarding our new home in the future.
