Bryant was superb! He had a firm grasp of what it took sell our manufactured home. He had us gathering info before anyone asked so our whole process was as painless as possible. He was able to walk us thru the solar headache without a hitch and we closed on time. His handymen, Gary & Pat, were responsible for getting us over the line. We would still be waiting if it weren't for them. Any senior needing assistance for the little things you just can't do anymore, Bryant is your guy. He really cares and wants to help.

Bryant did an outstanding job in helping me find the perfect home! He is very knowledgeable of the area and Kingman as a whole. He was always available day or night to answer any question I had. He not only is the best realitor in Kingman he is a great guy and family man! I would highly recomend Bryant for all of your realistate needs you will not be disappointed. I spoke with several agents in the Kingman/Bullhead area and was very disappointed with the service or lack of service I received from other agents. They were unresponsive, too busy, or just didn't care about what I wanted in a home. By the grace of God I found Bryant he has truely been a blessing. Felt agent was honest and he explained the process well. He also recommended agencies for obstacles. The agencies were fast and efficient. Without his knowledge I would have struggled to have things dealt with because it is hard to know what companies can be trusted.
