April’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $844,360—up 15.67% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $354,000 in Mohave County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $351,000 in May.

Desert Hills had 11 new listings and 4 listings that went under contract in April, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 33—up 3.13% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in May.

Of those 33 active listings, 27.27% reduced their price in the month of April. The median listing price for homes in Desert Hills fell 10.13% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $749,900. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to fall.

The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract rose year-over-year. In April 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 24 days, compared to 5 days in April 2024.
