Caitlyn Martin was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. She joined the Air Force after graduating high school and was stationed in Cheyenne, WY. She served as the Executive Assistant for the Numbered Air Force Command Chief Master Sergeant and as a base-wide Communications Project Manager. After serving for six years, she moved to Middle Tennessee in 2019 to start the next chapter of her life.

Soon after moving here, she discovered her passion for real estate and obtained her license in 2021. After being an individual agent for a year, Caitlyn joined the Gillig Group in 2022.
