I’m Calvin Lyman, a REALTOR® serving sellers throughout Oklahoma and Texas. My approach is built around clear communication, thoughtful pricing, and making the selling process as straightforward as possible from the first conversation through closing.

Because I’m licensed in both Oklahoma and Texas, I’ve developed an effective process for helping clients outside my immediate area. I coordinate photography, inspections, contractors, showings, title work, and local resources while remaining your primary point of contact throughout the transaction.
