We heartily recommend Candice Beecher for anyone looking to buy a house. We are first-time home buyers and did not know much about the process. Thanks to her expertise, negotiation skills, and people skills, she helped us with not one, but two offers, both of which were accepted by the seller. (We opted not to proceed with the first one after the inspection report.) She knew how to structure the offers so that we would win over competing bids (while also not overpaying). Given how tough the buyer's market is in the Boston area and what I have heard from friends who recently bought houses, two out of two offers accepted is truly impressive! She was very responsive and professional throughout the whole process. So, we were never in fear of losing out while waiting for our agent to communicate information. Importantly, she developed good rapport with the seller of the house we bought, which I think positively affected the outcome.

Candice is awesome! Very professional and thorough. She reviewed the property, provided comps to determine appropriate valuation and made suggestions on things to do to prepare for sale and optimize the selling price. She got her own photographer and took great pictures throughout the place which highlighted the qualities of the property. I don't think many realtors do that. She also thoroughly screened prospects so I didn't waste my time showing the property to people that didn't or wouldn't qualify. And provided feedback from each prospect that viewed the property.
