Rick was an absolute pleasure to work with. He helped me with both selling my house and finding a new condo. He was very knowledgeable about everything and was very helpful when it came to selling both the house and condo. If I had any questions, he was always there via text or phone call. He treats you as if your family and I was extremely grateful for all his help and guidance in both the selling and finding of a new place. I knew when I was working with him I had complete trust in everything he did. I would highly recommend him to anybody looking to sell or buy a new place. I was very extremely happy with both outcomes and it was all because of Rick. Buying and selling at the same time can be incredibly stressful, but Rick made the entire process feel manageable. He was responsive, honest, knowledgeable, and always willing to explain what was happening and what I needed to do next. He If I ever have to sell or buy again I would definitely use him again.
