I’m Carl Joye, Broker in Charge of Apex Team Real Estate in Port Royal, South Carolina, serving all of the Lowcountry in Northern Beaufort County from the beaches to the bases. I’ve lived in Beaufort all my life and have been in the home business throughout my professional career, offering a wealth of local information and experience to my clients.

With twenty years of experience in designing and building custom homes and fifteen years of helping people buy and sell their homes, I can confidently guide both buyers and sellers in the critical decisions they need to make.
