Port Royal had 22 new listings and 20 listings that went under contract in October, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 82—down 11.83% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in November.
Of those 82 active listings, 25.61% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Port Royal grew 5.08% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $419,250. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to grow.
