The Skrip Team Knocks it Out of the Park!
Our move from northern New England to South Carolina was not the most straightforward. There were several phases, including acquiring a townhouse for seasonal respite from the cold weather to selling our home in New Hampshire and finally, buying our "forever home" here in low country. Chris and Maria are a truly professional "rock star team" and helped us immensely throughout this journey! Chris showed us properties in the Beaufort area until we discovered that we desired to settle a bit closer to Hilton Head and our children. Maria's expertise on "this side of the fence" proved to be extremely helpful and also enlightened us to what a powerful team they both make together! We were so blessed to work with them and would highly recommend them to anyone, - whether buying or selling real estate. We can't say enough - They just go above and beyond! Chris Skrip came to our rescue when my family was trying to sell property in Bull Point Plantation. I loved the property and the development and could not understand why it wasn't selling with our initial realtor. After a friend connected us with Chris, he was able to sell it within 3 months.
