Caroline earned her degree in Speech Communication and Psychology from our own University of Rhode Island, before training as a paralegal at the Katherine Gibbs School, New York. From there she worked at New York City's Zeichner, Ellman, and Krause's real estate and foreclosure law division. There she developed a rare expertise in what has become a critical area of knowledge in today's market. Caroline returned to Rhode Island after the birth of her second child to be a stay-at-home mom while fundraising tirelessly for causes near and dear to her heart: Huntington Disease and her children's schools. Caroline was responsible for fundraising over $50,000 for the Huntington Disease Society of America (HDSA), orchestrating countless Carnival Nights, many walk-a-thons, etc. and was instrumental in the foundation of the Rhode Island Chapter of HDSA. Caroline has been in Real Estate sales for over 10 years, co-founding the Mike Mita team in July of 2010. In 2013 Caroline set out on her own and since 2014 has consistently been Keller Williams' top agent in production and number of closed sales. January 2018 she started Refined Real Estate Group with four agents to expand her business.
