Dan is the broker owner and the leader of the PVD team. Originally from New York, Dan relocated to Rhode Island upon being accepted to Johnson and Wales University. He later graduated with honors, earning a bachelors degree in business with a minor in real estate. While enrolled in university, Dan began applying his education to the real world, purchasing properties with the intent of rehabilitating and reselling them throughout the state of Rhode Island.
