Carrie is terrific.

I am a tetired Realtor and my husband a Mortgage Lender so we know exactly how the process should go start to finish. Carrie did not disappoint. From start to close Carrie was knowledgeable and professional. In the real estate industry we are taught if you are good at your job you should be able to show the buyer the house they want to buy in 5 houses or less. Carrie was completely insync. She understood our wants and needs in a home as well as our future plans for a home. She was excellent. Thank you Carrie for all your excellent work!

Carrie got us into our home and then sold it just as fast 4 years later! Would recommend her every time! She is on it before we even think of it and very responsive!! 10/10!

Carrie was patient and thoughtful throughout our entire process of looking for our new home and selling our current home. Although Carrie keep things professional as far as the paperwork and the important things go, she really became more of a friend than a realtor. Since this was our first home, I don't know if it's normally like this, but I felt like Carrie toke a lot of stress off our shoulders and having that "friend" that we could answer any of our questions and most importantly we could trust made everything easier.

Overall my experience was great, the wife has already said that we will use Carrie for anything in Real Estate, and I have recommended a few friends to use her when they get ready to buy.

We experienced some last minute issues with regard to finalizing the mortgage with the lender and while it had nothing to do with Carrie's involvement, she owned the issue and took control to find a workable solution. I was upset and unfortunately expressed my frustration to Carrie directly and she has a unique ability to listen, offer solutions and was sympathetic to the position we were in, ultimately diffusing the issue. Not all people have the ability and to do so in an authentic manner.

Without hesitation, I would use Carrie again and refer to others.
