I had a unique situation when looking for assistance selling my Aunt's Estate. I live in New York, a few hours from the home I needed to sell for the Estate. I'm also licensed as an Associate Broker myself in NY, so I know what it takes to sell a home and I knew what to look for. I defiantly made the right decision choosing Chad and his team. They communicated well with me from the start, and were patient with the process while I got the home cleaned out and ready for sale. They were on top of everything during the process and I was left feeling reassured that there was nothing being missed and I was taken care of. Thank you Chad for a job WELL DONE!

He went out of his way to get my deal done and not only did it sell quickly I got a little above the list price. I would definitely use him again. He was very helpful in giving guidance on how to complete documents.
