What a great experience working with Chad. We inquired on a property on a Friday evening after 7pm expecting to hear from someone on Monday. A few minutes later I recieved a text from Chad with some info on the property. I told him I understood it was Friday and we could talk Monday. Needless to say he was more than happy to continue our conversation and answer questions. Saturday morning I emailed for some additional info and had a reply within minutes. The next day Sunday we were standing on a beautiful bluff top lot overlooking the lake with Chad showing us the property.

From the initial inquiry all the way through closing Chad was there for us and his response time throughout was amazing. Even after we were under contract he was on top of everything and service never slipped. We can't recommend him enough. This is the guy you want in your corner. Thanks Chad for a flawless and stress free experience working with you.
