Cannot say enough to adequately express our gratitude for Amanda. She is exceptionally competent in all stages of the process (including contract drafting), detail oriented, highly responsive, and knows the area very well. I picked Amanda because she answered my email. I had sent emails to every Realty site in my area (about 8 websites). I had two responses back. I interviewed a youngman from the Rolla area and Amanda. Amanda provided the local sells comparison, estimated my proceeds and sealed the deal with a better commission rate. Amanda was always available, answered all of our questions and text in a matter of minutes. She took care of the whole process of selling our home. I would give Amanda 5 stars but didn't to keep this review believable. Highly recommended.

I was a little worried about starting the home buying process, but once we met Amanda, all the worries went away. She was always just a phone call or text away. She answered all my questions, even the stupid ones. She always made sure that we knew and understood everything that was happening. She never tried to upsell a house that wasn't worth it. She gave us advice on better options for lenders and on the utilities around the area. She was such a blessing to our family for our first time home buying experience. Couldn't ask for a better agent!
