We have worked with Keri NUMEROUS times and she is AMAZING! I met Keri through a friend 3 years ago when we decided it was time to purchase something on the Lake of the Ozarks. Within days she had us a condo that we loved in the perfect location. She worked with us through the financing process, which was a deal. We live full time in Iowa and had some hiccups along the way but she was there every step of the way. fast forward 3 years, we decided it was time to sell the condo and get a house, we listed with Keri the condo was sold with in 24 hours! Keri was referred to us in Illinois by a family friend realtor. We have been searching for our family vacation lake home for few years. Keri was knowledgeable, and very helpful on getting info to me on who to talk to about getting a well agreement on a shared well attached to contract.
