Charles was amazing. This was my first time buying a home so it was a little overwhelming but Charles made it a very simple process. He explained it clearly and in my opinion went beyond his job duties to keep it as simple as possible.

From start to finish Charles did an exceptional job for us. Communicated with us almost everyday concerning the negotiation to buy the patio townhome. He offered his opinion on location positives as well as potential problems down the line we might be faced with. After the closing, he continued for about a week helping us in setting up the home such as matching the garage openers to our cars. Gave us a list of workmen and a handyman who finished up all the odds and ends. One would be very happy if they choose Charles to work with.

Charles was fantastic. He was a referral from our mortgage company as we were relocating from out if state and he did not disappoint. He helped us schedule showings over the course of several days and when the right deal presented itself he helped us secure the contract we were after. He was incredibly responsive to questions and concerns even outside normal business hours and all the way through closing! We would definitely recommend him to others!
