David impressed me from the very beginning. When he came to see our house we had it for sale by owner. He didn’t try to sell us on his skills as an agent or his agency. He also didn’t try to talk us out of selling it by owner. Instead he was very complimentary of our house and encouraged us not to lower the sales price. It was all about our house and how good it looked. He gave us his card and said to call him if we weren’t able to sell it. He never called us or bugged us again. During this time we were contacted by multiple agents and their message was all the same - how great of an agent they are and how they will sell our house quickly. Not one asked to come see the house or asked about our house. That was a big turn off.

When we decided to use an agent David was an easy choice. After choosing David, he continued to impress. He was professional throughout the entire process and took the time to research our neighborhood thoroughly. Our sales price was also the highest sales price for a house in our neighborhood to date. An overall great experience and I highly recommend David and his team. I have already referred him to friends selling their house.
