I'm Charles Kelley, a real estate broker and the owner of Kelley Real Estate Co., serving buyers and sellers throughout South Alabama and Northwest Florida. I'm licensed in both Alabama and Florida and have closed more than 80 transactions in the past year.

A significant portion of my business comes from online leads and referrals, so I understand the importance of responding quickly, communicating consistently, and staying engaged with clients throughout the entire process. Whether I'm helping a first-time buyer, an experienced homeowner, an investor, or someone preparing to sell, my goal is to provide straightforward advice and make the transaction as smooth as possible.

My background in lending also gives me additional insight into the financing side of a transaction and helps me identify potential issues early in the process.
