Troy was very professional at all times and helped me with a short sale of my home. I knew very little of the process when it comes to short selling a home and was nervous and worried about it. Throughout the start of the sale he ensured every question I had and worry I had as he was not only able to take care of it but was able to prove the process and what he does best as a realtor. I highly recommend him for any real estate needs or any questions in general as he has been in the profession for some time and was able to communicate properly and effectively with me. Being in the military he was able to be flexible on his schedule due to my conflicting times and inconsistent work schedule allowing me to complete the sale without feeling rushed or bouncing back and forth from work to property. If there is a chance I buy in the Maricopa county again I will be using the same realtor.

for. Everything was very seamless coming from a person who has not purchased a home in over twenty years. I highly highly recommend Troy. He made sure he answered all questions and made the process very easy. I didn’t even believe that this could happen and he made it happen quick and easy. In the future I would definitely use again. Beyond belief that I am now a homeowner all because of Troy and his help, kindness and gratitude.
