Amy was a great help throughout my entire home search process. I set out thinking I had only enough to afford a decent condo, but ended up with a brand new 4 bedroom home! My husband and I were having a conversation about possibly having another baby, outgrown our current house and neighborhood and not even sure how we could even get another house because we refinanced all our equity out when the rates were lower. Tyra immediately asked if we had thought about simply renting out our house instead of selling. She asked if she could put us in contact with a local loan officer she knows personally.
