Chris deserves 5 stars and more if we could give them! He is professional, pleasant, and prompt. He stayed in constant contact with us and the construction team (we purchased a new build). Chris made us feel very confident and comfortable during this purchase as we had never bought a new build previously. Chris was a phenomenal agent. I had never sold a home before and he was able to walk me through it. He was knowledgeable about the whole process. Responded quickly to my texts, calls, and emails. I couldn’t decide if I wanted to rent or buy another home, I thought about buying another home and he put into contact with a lender and they had me pre approved quickly, but I eventually ended up renting. I was stressed out about finding a place to live after my house sold and he was just as worried about me and my son having a place to go. So he worked quickly to find me a rental and get me into it. He communicated with the agent that was representing the person I rented my new house from, and basically took care of the whole process for me.
