Year-over-year, Aubrey’s rolling three-month typical home value has slipped, with prices down notably compared to last April even as homes have become more affordable for buyers. At the same time, sales activity has accelerated, with homes sold up more than 60% and pending sales up over 40% from a year ago, signaling stronger demand moving through the pipeline.
