I worked with Jacquiline Newberry. IMO, one of the most qualities a realestate agent can have is listening to their needs of their client, I have never seen or heard of a more attentive and hard working individual as Jacquiline. She listened to what I sought, or thought I sought, and focused her energy to my needs in a house, she happily provided opinions and feedback at every stage. I was an incredible and much easier adventure because of Jacquiline's hard work. I might not have chose a house it were not for Jacquiline making me feel like it was the best decision possible.

I also spoke to Christopher and worked with several of his staff, it all was a positive experience, which when one considers the large investment of a house and all of the possibilities to consider, and all of the paper work to complete, it is a mind boggling task, I walked away believing that the journey was made much easier and provided me a much better belief that it was the right decision by working with Christopher's staff. I would do again and recommend them to anyone without question or hesitation.

My wife and I looked at homes about 2 years ago. Our realtor then did not do much to help us, we got very discouraged and gave up looking with her. We rented a home in the meantime and 2 months before our daughter was born we decided we wanted to try looking again. We looked at 5 homes prior to finding the one we wanted. We never felt pressured, we always had our questions answered, we were very scared and stressed with having a new born baby and purchasing our first home but Jackie was right there to help with everything. My wife really connected with her. Everyone was an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommend The Chris Hill team to help you find your dream home!

Our home was a difficult sell because it was in a 55 community with limited customers to sell to. Chris tried different kinds of promotions and advertising to help sell the house.
We were also out of town at the time of the offer and closing and he helped walk us through the tedious process. I was very grateful for his professionalism.

Originally Jaqualine took us to a few rental properties and after seeing the monthly rent, it only made since to buy. Jaqualine gave great advice and told us she would be more than happy to take us house hunting, but wanted us to go home and sleep on it. Well that following week we found our home. It was a good experience because Jaqualine knew exactly what we were looking for. I recommend The Chris Hill Team because they care about their clients. They made sure everything ran smoothly from signing contracts, negotiating, help choosing best mortgage company, closing and answering any questions that we had, no matter how many times we may have asked the same question :-). Chris and Jaqualine were a tag team and anything Jaqualine needed help with Chris was there to assist. During the final stages Chris called to make sure we understood all aspects of the process and reassured us of any concerns we may have had.

We first worked with our agent, Sharon Cox when we were new to Maryland and in town from Florida on a quick, last minute trip to search for a rental property. Born and raised in Southern Maryland, Sharon has vast knowledge of the area. That was a blessing to us considering our out-of-state move was a spur of the moment decision with little time to prepare. Sharon helped us find the perfect house to rent in our short timeline so we could be on our way to Florida to begin packing up the household.

Prior to meeting Chris we had another agent. We quickly learned that she was not necessarily as hands-on as we would have liked and upon meeting Chris we knew immediately we wanted to change agents. We chose Chris because of his knowledge of the market and his willingness to ask questions, but more importantly, Chris was extremely friendly and made us feel as if we were more than just "business" to him. He was very responsive and very open to any suggestions we had, either accepting them, or explaining why the suggestions most likely would not be beneficial to implement. Chris was tenacious about getting our house marketed both on print marketing and online and listed our home on several websites which we believe was crucial in people knowing the house was there. Since we lived in a gated community, the most reasonable form of advertising was to utilize the internet and available real estate marketing tools available to him and he used them with precision and an accuracy that was a bit surprising to us, particularly given our experience with the previous agent. Chris also imparted a lot of wisdom to us throughout this process and I believe we walked away much more educated on the process and determining how to go about selling a home should we decide to do so in the future.
