Christian Collinet worked with us into 2003 on a horse property purchase and home construction. The home was built in the Drake area and proved very nice for us and our horses. He worked with us and the builder to make changes to blue prints, mechanicals, and other phases of construction. He was fair and an asset. In 2006 we purchased a farm in MO. We listed our Drake home with Christian and we had a contract in 4 hours time. We closed without complications! We now plan to make a new purchase in Estes Park, CO for retirement and will use no one else!
